Не подскажет ли кто возможность изменения для 4000 v.8

А пробовали просто переписать ADD-ANUM: со своим номером? Хотя непонятно зачем вообще вам это надо, ведь к нему идут все привязки в Сименсе по апгрейту и расширению как и принадлежности к региону (стране) ?

Зачем - это просто, при инсталляции допустили ошибку и теперь лицензии не ложатся. Напрямую через ADD-ANUM изменить нельзя. пишет что номер уникальный

Тогда это вопрос к установщикам, не знаю чего изменлось в для 4000 v.8, но исходя из старых версий, может поможет инфо из ДОКИ:

The system number is entered only in those database subsystems that can contain customerspecific data. Already existing entries are overwritten. If single values are entered for the parameter SUSY, i.e., a system number is not to be entered in all DB subsystems; thus the system numbers of the DB subsystems not to be processed are compared with the newly entered number and the advisory H01 is issued in case of discrepancies. An empty database is initialized with "EMPTY DB ZDBxxxxx". In addition, the SP code number entered in the DIR file on hard disk for the corresponding APS can be changed ("SIEMENS code number") by specifying the parameter SP.
Note
The system number (SYSNO) is defined during the SP production; a subsequent change (via ADD) is not permitted.
The system number is to be entered into the database of the ADS.

ADD-ANSU
The system number is only entered in those database subsystems which can contain customer-specific data. Since the SWU database consists of several subsystems, the system number can also be selectively entered in certain DB subsystems only. Existing entries are overwritten. If individual values are entered for parameter SUSY, i.e. a system number is not to be entered in all DB subsystems, the system numbers of DB subsystems not to be processed are compared with the newly entered system number. If deviations are detected, Advisory H01 is output. An empty database is initialized with "EMPTY_DB_ZDBxxxxx". In addition, by entering parameter SP the system program number entered in the DIR file for the specified APS on the hard disk can be changed ("SIEMENS - number").
Note
The system program number in the APS (SP) is defined during SP production, and subsequent alteration (by means of ADD) is not permitted.

commands, are regenerated.
Note
The branch TYPE = SP cannot be regenerated.

Возможно может придется перегенерировать станцию, посколько идет привязка к лицензиям, пусть исправляют ошибку те , кто ее допустил..или обратитесь в "Инфотел" к примеру..

В восьмёрке ничего не изменилось. И поскольку номер системы прописывается в RMX, а не в Ассистант, единственный известный мне способ - переустановка системы в целом.
