Подскажите в чем проблема при подключении к Hicom 130 через PCSATDIG
нажимаю Data Load of system он выкидывает ошибку Erorrs to telephone-system ?

Мне кажется нужно разбирать со шнуром V24, что-то в нем не так.
Более сказать ничего не могу.

Какая версия ПО Hicom 130 и какая версия PCSATDIG ???

Надо на порту поставить 9600 !!!!!

PCSAT & PCSATDIG PROBLEMS
This is the programming software for the analogue range of Hicom switches. PCSAT is used with Hicom 110 & 120 whilst PCSATDIG is used with Hicom 125 & 130. They must be installed on a PC. Data is downloaded from the telephone system and then reloaded after modification. The data can also be saved to disc.

Password = sysupdate

Common Problems
The software fails when trying to download data.

This is normally due to the speed being incorrectly set. The software is set to 9600 on default. If the system has been changed to a lower baud rate then this will either have to match and PC or visa versa. If the site has no call logger printer attached then the system baud rate should be made 9600.

A baud rate of 9600 can be programmed from the lowest numbered extension (handset left on hook) by dialling:

Service - Hold - 746
Service - 7 - 80 - 05
Release

These are both software used for programming a Hicom 110, 120, 125 & 130 from a PC.
PCSAT is used for Hicom 110 & 120 and PCSATDIG is used for Hicom 125 & 130.

Installation
PCSAT - Copy all files of the programme into a directory of any name.
PCSATDIG - Unzip into a directory and run INSTALL.EXE

Using the software
To run in English - go to the installation directory and type PCSAT GBR or PCSATDIG GBR depending on the software.

For other languages type PCSAT or PCSATDIG, the programme will advise on the languages and tell you the countries and languages supported. Then type PCSAT "country code" "language code"

Baud rate at default is 9600. Systems without printers attached will still be at 9600. If a printer is attached to the system then either set the programme to the same baud as the printer or change the system baud rate to 9600 from the first extension.

On new systems or systems with a replacement CCU, the system must be defaulted from the first extension before any programming is done.

Programming

Download the system to the PC
Edit the system
Save to disc or hard drive
Upload changes to system

The escape key is the backup key.

версии Hicom 130 не знаю, так как нет даже старой прошивки, обслуживанием другая организация занималась! а версия PSCATDIG 7.3

Тогда Надо на портах АТС и ПО PSCATDIG поставить 9600 !!!!!
