CS1000E rel5.5 два CP-PM и одна MGC, на сигнальнике идут постоянные сообщения "29/06/2020 10:28:36 LOG0003 SET: ITG3006 Unexpected state encountered: webEngine.c, 768, 2 (84)".
Связь есть, IPPhone работают. При попытке обновить прошивку на сигнальнике для IPPhone потом эти телефоны уходят в циклический ребут

Приходится потом заливать старую, чтобы хоть как то работало.
Патч был на Avaya, чтобы давить ITG3006, а скачать нельзя, пишут пофиксено в новых версиях. Deplist скачал, установил - не помогло. Возможно надо Loadware на MGC еще обновить?
А началось все как к этой АТС начали подключать IPPhone.
Какие версии прошивок телефонов заливаете в сигнальник?
Последняя версия прошивки, которая поддерживает релиз 5.5 - версия 5.5.1 (C8T)

Problem Clarification
Continuous ITG3006 messages seen in TTY / RDALL logs on Signaling Servers running TPS:
Message: ITG3006 Unexpected state encountered: vtmE2Driver.c, 2188, 21 (84).
In the newest firmware when an IP set changes its internal state it sends General Information alarm UNIStim message with type equal to 0x4. This type of General Information UNIStim is not handled on TPS side. This causes the described "Unexpected state" alarm.
Cause

Solution
Install Patch MPLR30191. This patch ignores the General information UNISTM message coming from the set in the TPS and does not flood the system console.
Патч, действительно не досупен для скачивания, но лично я считаю, что лучше подобрать такую версию прошивки телефонов, которая не будет вызывать сообщений об ошибках, раз они так мешают жить.
Заливал разные, C8Q, C96, С97. Перепрошить не получается. Придется наверно полный DHCP настроить со всеми настройками, чтобы не ездить.
На вскидку в каких битах передается TFTP настройки для IPPhone? Или с файла тянет?

Сейчас ради интереса глянул другую АТС CS1000M 5.5rel и SS HP Proliant DL320, прошивки те же, DepList такой же. Но все работает, и прошивается и сообщения в терминал не вываливает. Чудеса.
Адрес tftp раздать по DHCP или вколотить руками в телефон.
На tftp сервер положить файл прошивки и файл конфигурации *.cfg (например 1120e.cfg для телефона 1120) с таким содержанием:

1100 Series sets that have Unistim firmware 5.0 or earlier when rebooted go into continuous reboot loop and get "FW authentication failure".
Problem Clarification
If an in-service 1100 series IP phone set (1120, 1140, 1150) loses connectivity to the LTPS server (sig server) with which it is registered and the set is running Firmware 5.0 or earlier it will not successfully boot back into service. Instead the set will go into a continuous reboot loop with "authentication failure" on the display.
Examples of how a set may lose connectivity to the LTPS server (sig server) are: data switch reboot, phone set unplugged, PBX INI/reboot, sig server reboot, etc.
NOTE: UniStim 5.0 is C8A firmware. This is the firmware version that shipped with CS1000 7.5 software. This and any earlier firmware can encounter this condition.

Cause
Earlier UNIStim Software Releases including UNIStim Software releases 4.2, 4.3, and 5.0 have expired digital signatures.
This will prevent an 1100 series set from moving beyond the firmware check that it does as part of the registration process with the LTPS server. This means a previously working set with the same firmware version as the LTPS server will not successfully boot back into service when it is rebooted.
In addition, any new sets being installed with a higher firmware version than that of the server will also fail to boot into service.
Solution
Upgrade the firmware on the server to Unistim Firmware 5.1 or higher. 5.5 aka C8Q is recommended. UNIStim Software Releases since 5.1 have included digital signatures with a 10 year duration.

2. Download all files from “/u/fw” using any ftp client and send me all files please
3. Rdlogs for the issue timestamp.
4 Login to the phone and get the output of “printLogFile” and we need to set the loglevel on the phone to 4 using command “setLogLevel 4”
5. Also all the processes running on the phone using the command “i”
6. Also the command “listcerts”
