Доброго всем утра!
Хочу снять buckup с symposium Express Call Center 4.0, столкнулся с проблемой. Открываю backup sheduler -- new sheduler -- задаю расписание, device Name доступно только одно PrimaryServerTape -- save.
В логах получаю:
"Starting backup of 'SCCS_Database' to device 'PrimaryServerTape' ...
This database backup has errors or warnings.
The backup of 'SCCS_Database' failed."

В Alarm Monitor мажорная ошибка "Cannot backup database. Error initializing tape for database backup."

Нашел в доке "The Backup Devices window lists all backup devices for which a backup can be scheduled. You can schedule a backup only to devices listed in the Backup Devices window. If the device is not shown, you must add it to the table."

Дальше стал искать вкладку Backup Devices:
Снова обратился к доке:
"How To: Open the Backup Devices Window

View the backup devices from the Backup Devices window. This window also lets you access the Backup Device Properties window in which you add or change backup devices. Log in as an administrator or ensure you have administrative privileges to add backup devices.

From the SMI window:

1 Double-click System Administration.

2 Double-click Server Backup.

3 Double-click Backup Devices."
У меня во вкладке Server Backup только backup sheduler.

Если кто сталкивался, подскажите, где добавлять backup devices?
