Обнаружилась следующая проблема.
BCM50 rel. 3.0 соединен по SL1 с М11 rel. 4.5. Некорректно отрабатывается донабор с приветствия, реализованного на Meridian Mail rel. 13, на внутренние номера BCM'a. После того как набираем внутренний номер, звонок поступает на телефонный аппарат, но в этот момент в трубке слышим тишину. После снятия трубки голос не ходит в обоих направлениях.
Никто не сталкивался с такой ерундой?
Напрямую это скотчем или изолентой?
напрямую это PRI?
совершенно верно. BCM был подключен для реализации на нём контакт центра.
Лицензии какие на ВСМ есть?

После того как поменяли параметр country or region на bcm'e с Russia на Global, звонки стали проходить нормально. Но, после того как с бэкапа восстановили конфигурацию bcm'a, где вернулся Russia, звонки странным образом продолжили ходить. Тем не менее в трассировке все равно выскакивает мю закон. Никто не подскажет как поменять его на а? В транках меридиана стоит а закон.
