Возникла проблема. Необходимо было включить в CDR внутренние вызовы. В LD11 согласно докам на нужном TN поставили CLS ICDA. Вызовы пошли, НО!!! Почему то в лог не вываливаются неотвеченные звонки. Т.е. я звоню на определенный DN, там никто не берет трубу в течении нескольких посылок, я ложу трубку и этот непроключенный вызов не вываливается в CDR. Возможно ли вообще регистрировать такие вызовы?

Есть подозрение, что неотвеченные внутренние вызовы регистрировать в CDR не получится.

Странно, насколько я помню в панасонике такие вызовы вываливались в SMDR после того как как на вызывающем аппарате клали трубку. Хотя.....

CLS ABDA - не помогает?

ну вообще не отвеченные вызовы отличаются от внутренних, поэтому и CLS должен быть другим...

Прежде всего, у Вас должно быть FCDR = NEW (LD17).
Кроме того : "Incoming routes are configured in the Route Data Block by setting the CDRB prompt to YES. For internal calls, Class of Service must be set to ABDA in Overlay 10, 11, or 27. In Overlay 12 ABAN must be set to ABDA"

In order for CDR on Busy Tone to be configured, the New CDR format (FCDR) package must be equipped and FCDR must be configured. For a CDR B record on Busy Tone to be produced on internal calls, the Internal Call Detail Recording (ICDR) package must be equipped, and Internal CDR allowed must be configured in the class of service of at least one of the sets. The CDR on Busy Tone feature is enabled/disabled on a route basis for incoming calls and on a set Class of Service basis for internal calls. This is dependent upon general CDR and CDR Time To Answer (TTA) setup. Incoming routes are configured in the Route Data Block by setting the CDRB prompt to YES. For internal calls, Class of Service must be set to ABDA in Overlay 10, 11, or 27. In Overlay 12 ABAN must be set to ABDA. For internal calls, the Terminating ID, printed in the B record, depends upon the type of the last redirection. The LAST concept does not apply. For incoming calls, the Originating ID field on the first line of the CDR B record contains the Trunk route and member number on which the incoming call arrives. For internal calls, the Originating ID field contains the DN of the set that initiates a call. For incoming, redirected calls, the contents of the Terminating ID field depends upon the nature of the last redirection and the value of the LAST prompt in Overlay 16. When LAST = YES, the terminating DN (the busy DN) is printed. When LAST = NO, the dialed DN is printed. The LAST prompt in the Route Data Block is attached to the incoming route. This prompt applies to local redirections that occur after a call arrives from that incoming route. Therefore, redirections that take place before arriving via the above route to the Busy Node are not taken into account. B records are only output to CDR TTYs.

не работает. 12 оверлей тут не причем там настройки для консоли 2250. Или я не прав?

насколько я понимаю в доке перечислены все оверлеи где включается CDR. 10,11 -ТА, 12 - консоль, 27- bri, 16 - руты. 17 формат вывода. в 11 включил на ТА cls icda, abda неотвеченные вызовы не вываливаются в лог.

доброго дня. ещё одна проблема с CDR. Не отображаются в логе коды dsc. Дело в том что установлены две станции соединены по потоку. Выход на нумерацию ведомой станции осуществляется с помощью CDP. Введены DSC коды. можно ли их отобразить в CDR?

Предолагается, что если вы используете CDP, то номерной план у вас действительно согласованный. И в этом случае DSC не что иное как первые цифры номеров другой станции. Соответственно, они не отрезаются в DMI, а отдаются к линию, и автоматом попадают в CDR.

Но если у вас с нумерацией всё так "непрямо", можно сделать следущее:
- на вызывающей стороне отдавать в поток номера вместе с DSC (он будет попадать в CDR)
- лишние цифры убирать на вызываемой стороне (в IDC или в DMI, если это Меридиан)
