Подскажите пожалуйста.

Столкнулся со следующей ситуацией.

Есть MIPCD (Meridian Integrated Personal Call Director) карточка.

Забыл пароль.

Используя Command Line Interface (CLI) хочу сбросить пароль.

Действую согласно инструкции по сбросу пароля:

To reset a forgotten administrator password, do the following:
1 Establish a serial connection directly to the MIPCD card adapter port.
Enter the rst command when prompted.
2 Follow the prompts to enter the MIPCD keycode.
3 After MIPCD validates the keycode, MIPCD resets the password to the
default user. The password is reset only if the keycode is correct.
4 Log into the card and change the default password.

Поключаюсь серийным портом

и возникает вопрос когда вводить команду rst или где?
Не могу понять "когда запрошено" это где?
