Доброго времени суток!

Помогите устранить проблему. Запускаю Application Builder пытаюсь подключится к CallPilot'у, вылетает ошибка Could not connect AOS Server. Пробовал ставить AB на другой комп, тоже самое. На этом форуме нашёл только один пост по этой теме, но оно не помогло. Где копать надо?

Операционка Win 2003 SP 1 версия AB 04.04.04.02, а версия CP 04.04.04.00 (но я не уверен) конфликта версий быть не должно, т.к. раньше всё это работало.

нет, не из PEP у меня дистрибутив есть.

посмотри диск с РЕР... там есть АВ... поставь с него...

Нет, с РЕР не работает, там версия ещё старее чем у меня. А можно где-нить последнюю версию AB скачать?:confused:

Либо каждый раз переставлять АВ, либо воспользоваться помощью нортела. Солюшен нортеловский.

Problem Description

Fact:
CallPilot
Application Builder

Symptom:
Cannot connect to AOS server.
Cannot login through Application Builder.
Login fails on logon screen.
In System Event viewer, there is a DCOM error 10009.
Event Type: Error
Event Source: DCOM
Event ID: 10009
Description:
DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer xxxx using any of the configured protocols.

Problem Resolution
Fix:
Follow the step below to solve this problem:
1. Select start > run > dcomcnfg
2. Select component services > computers > my computer
3. Right-click and select properties
4. Select the General tab and make sure the check box " enable DCOM on this computer" is checked
5. Select the default protocols tab and make sure " Connection Oriented TCP/IP" is selected and is on top of the list.
6. Click Apply and exit out of the dcomcnfg utility.
7. Restart the client pc.

Login to Application Builder should work now.

Пробовал, все настройки стоят так как написано, но AB всёровно не подключается…
Посмотрел в журнале ошибок, там есть два бага CT Server (Event ID: 25), CTMS Server (Event ID: 36209). Может из-за них всё это? Найти бы ещё описание…

Не могу скачать, зарегистрировался, но только под "Гостем" по другому не дает, а у гостей нет прав на загрузку файлов:confused:
