Встретилось такое чудо: на Меридиане рел. 23 на одной из аналоговых карт нет тона на нескольких телефонах НЕТ тона,но при этом на эти телефоны можно звонить,с них тоже.
С чем это может связано?

Как один из вариантов - на аппаратах активирована некая фича и при поднятии трубки станция напоминает об этом, посылая спец.тон вместо обычного дайлтона. А этот спец.тон несовсем правильно прописан...

At the user station, there are two types of message waiting indication,
visual and audible ones, to notify the user that he/she has message(s)
waiting in the mailbox. For visual indications, the user can recognize the
message waiting status of the mailbox by the state of the LED/LCD.
(For example, when the LED/LCD is lit, this indicates that at least one
message has been deposited in the mailbox.) For audible indication, a
spe**** tone is heard (typically a stuttered dial tone) when the user lifts
the handset.
