Уважаемые гуру!
Подскажите плиз.
Станция Nec 2000 ips.
Входящая связь и исходящая организована по Е1.
Проблема следующая:
Очень часто ( но не всегда) не возможно прозвониться на входящие номера- выдает занято, хотя номера по факту свободны.
И ещё бывает что соединение произошло вызываемый абонент трубку снял, а в ответ тишина ( и со стороны вызывающего и вызываемого абонентов)

Снимали трайс идут следующие ошибки " Message not compatible with call state"

Прислали распечатку трэйса, но по обьёму он большой а расшифровать я его толком не могу.

Нужно анализировать трейс, возможна не стыковка по протоколу с верней АТС, или ошибки при конвертации протоколов сигнализации по пути следования сообщения типа ВСК-ОКС-ЕДСС. Какая верхняя АТС? По поводу тишины в трубке, это точно на не рабочий В-канал попадает. Точно ли верхние заблокировали те тайм-слоты? Или может ваш мультиплексер вырезает не те тайм-слоты? Как вы выделяете каналы под ПД?

Верхняя АТС Nokia DX 200.
Инженеры котрые её обслуживают утверждают что у них вырезаны последние тайм слоты под ПД.
Они видят что все 28 тайм слотов под голос рабочие.
В IT-отделе обслуживающем мультиплексер утверждают что тоже последние тайм слоты вырезаны.
Могу выложить кусок трэйса где идут ошибки Может это как то прояснит ситуацию.
