Position: helpdesk operator, full time, day shift
Salary: $350 to start, with possible inclusion into a bonus system at a later date
A small but dynamic international telecommunications company seeks an energetic bilingual operator to work day shifts Monday through Friday. A successful candidate should be able to conduct correspondence in English and Russian and be able to handle numerous phone calls in both languages. He or she should be team-oriented, stress resistant and customer-friendly, as well as proficient in use of standard Microsoft Office applications (primarily Outlook and Excel) and able to learn quickly a number of customized corporate applications. Good typing skills and experience in telecommunications field are seen as an advantage.
